Our animals' safety comes first — always. If severe weather rolls in (heavy rain, lightning, high winds, extreme heat or cold), we may need to reschedule. We'll reach out ahead of time to sort out a new date. Deposits transfer to any available date within the same calendar year.
For outdoor events, adequate shade for the animals is a must during warm weather. If temps hit above 100°F, we'll need to look at rescheduling. We keep a close eye on the forecast and will always give you a heads up well in advance if anything needs to change.
